We provide therapeutic support across Hertfordshire and surrounding areas, mentoring, and tailored interventions for secondary school helping young people build confidence, improve wellbeing, and achieve their full potential.
At Kind Mind, we believe that every young person deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported. We are a small team of fully qualified therapists and practitioners working closely with secondary schools to provide meaningful, person-centred therapeutic support.
Using a wide range of therapeutic disciplines and mentoring approaches, we help students navigate emotional, behavioural, social, and educational challenges in a safe and supportive environment where they feel comfortable to open up and engage.
We work collaboratively with students, families, schools, and external services to create lasting, positive change.
